After years of prayer and dialogue, the Indiana Wesleyan University Board of Trustees voted in April 2009 to create a seminary to house the new Master of Divinity and existing Master of Arts in Ministry degrees. The first class of Master of Divinity students began in August 2009. This eclectic mix of ministers includes students from Florida to Washington state and internationally as far away as New Zealand. While the new Wesley Seminary at Indiana Wesleyan University
proudly serves The Wesleyan Church, ministers from other denominations and theological traditions are welcome and included in all seminary degree programs.
